CFB Pipeline ("we," "us") operates this site to display publicly available NFL statistics for former college players. This page explains what data is collected when you visit.

What we collect

We do not have user accounts, forms, or cookies on this site. The only data collected is:

• Aggregate analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see page views, traffic sources, device/browser type, and country-level location. This is cookie-free and does not store your IP address or any other identifying information. Visitors located in the EU are excluded from this data entirely.
• Standard server logs — like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes connection information (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not access or use this data ourselves.
• Email, if you contact us — if you email [email protected], we'll see your email address and whatever you send us. We use it only to respond to you.
• GitHub, if you file an issue — bug reports and feature requests are filed on our public GitHub issue tracker, which is subject to GitHub's own privacy policy, not ours.

What we don't do

• No cookies or local storage for tracking
• No fingerprinting
• No ads or ad tracking
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties for marketing
• No user accounts or logins

Third-party data sources

Player and game statistics are sourced from ESPN's public data. AI-generated player summaries are produced using Anthropic's Claude. Neither of these involves sending any visitor data — they're used server-side to generate the content shown on the site.

Your rights

Because we don't use cookies, accounts, or fingerprinting, we hold very little personal data to begin with — mainly whatever you send us directly by email. If you're in California (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR) or anywhere else with data protection rights, you can still ask us to tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We don't sell personal information and never have.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
